Biologist by training decided to leave aside the big city bustle to be able to live with the tranquility of Praia Grande. It has training in mountaineering and also for rescue in difficult to access locations. He has long worked with environmental awareness projects with children. Climber for over 20 years in love with canyons and guide with extensive experience in the field, Luca Silveira is responsible for the activities of the Sharp Stone! Idealizing the Refuge, Ana is responsible for the evening activities such as luau, the slide-show and the tracks with "laternas". It also coordinates the education program we have with these schools and acts as a guide.

7 years with us, Gustavo is the guy who knows all the Refuge. From the top of its 1.92 Gustavo wins the sympathy! Our manager, in addition to coordinating the day-to-day hosting also guide the trails around the lodge with great aplomb, is passionate about sustainability of projects, with a particular passion for gardening and composting.

Kátia da Rosa Pereira
Katya is our assistant manager and has been with us since 2012, but was already working on the Sharp Stone early in the hostel, in 2003. Very creative and very committed, it is she who invents the most costumes and adornments that the team uses at parties. Also gracing the inn and loves tinkering in the garden, tending the flower beds and renewing them.
In the photo above left, the carnival package, along with Geisa, our cook and above in 12 years birthday party Sharpened Stone as a witch with black hat, alongside William Ana and such a monster garden that surrounds our area.
William is four years with us. It works at the front desk and in the restaurant mainly. It will be one of the first guys that guests know to get here. Always cheerful, with a smile on his face and ready for a joke, it's a great "welcome card" of the Sharp Stone!
At the same time, any problem with the drive is that it will come to solve.

Jonas de Jesus Silva
Jonas Jesus is a beloved guide in the history of Sharp Stone. He was part of our team in the first years of the company, there for 2003-2004, and after more than 10 years working with photographers in Torres, among other functions, returned to
Praia Grande and our "home" at the end of 2015, to the delight of all. Super quiet and dedicated, he is passionate about the Aparados trails of the Sierra, where transmits his love and knowledge to guests.
Eduardo, or simply Du to friends, is conducter of ecotourism and adventure tourism. Natural Pindamonhangaba (SP), worked some holiday seasons with us in previous years and since January 2016 part of our
Year-round team. A relaxing face, easy-rider, but always ready for a more radical adventure. He loves to shoot ziplines, one of the most assiduous instructors in this activity.
